LG Targets Creative Professionals with the UltraFine & DualUp Monitors

Over the past couple of years, LG has manufactured some of the most renowned monitors across the board. Whether your intentions are gaming or simply working from home, it’s always been impossible to go wrong with one of the Seoul brand’s award-winning displays. At one point or another, though, the gadgeteers had to up the ante, and they look to do so as soon as next year. Presenting their latest bar-raising additions, the UltraFine Display and DualUp Monitor.

Starting with the designer-geared, professional-quality UltraFine, which boasts a whopping 32-inch 4K UHD screen that paves the way for a gorgeous 2,000:1 contrast ratio and 98% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut, the common RGB color space in American film. In layman’s terms, the UltraFine Display delivers impeccable hues, from deep blacks to vibrant shades of just about everything else. Moving on to the DualUp, a monitor whose access ratio is relatively parallel to that of most social media apps but is intended for far more than scrolling and double-tapping. With a 16:18 aspect ratio and newly-developed Square Double QHD, the 27.6-inch display takes up a good amount of real estate in the height department and even offers a vertical split view function to users to utilize while getting their work done.

To no surprise, LG is looking to steal the show at CES next month. As applies to each of their recent reveals, we can expect to see more of the visual prowess of both the UltraFine and DualUp in early January.
