Based in New York City, HODINKEE is a popular watch and style website, as well as one of the most influential forces currently operating in the horological world. As one of the most respected authorities on timepieces, it’s frankly unsurprising that HODINKEE has collaborated with quite a few of today’s most eminent luxury watchmakers. And the Dink’s latest collaborative release sees the site join forces with Swiss firm Hamilton for a pair of limited edition timepieces.
The first of the two watches in the release is the Khaki Field Limited Edition For HODINKEE. The watch features a brushed and polished 38mm stainless steel case that offers a 50-meter water resistance rating and an 80-hour power reserve. The second watch is the Khaki Pilot Pioneer Limited Edition For HODINKEE. Crafted around a 40mm stainless steel case, the pilot’s watch houses a H51-Si movement, an ETA 7753-based hand-wound workhorse of a chronograph motor that boasts a 60-hour power reserve, a silicon hairspring, and up to 100 meters of water resistance. Both watches also sport black dials and khaki-colored nylon NATO straps.
This limited edition release also includes a special trio of Field Notes EDC notebooks that have custom covers adorned in watches that feature GITD elements in the places where the watches would feature lume. What’s more, HODINKEE is also selling a special Khaki Collector’s Set that includes both the field watch, the pilot watch, an additional pair of nylon NATO straps, a valet mat, and a three-pack of special edition watch-focused Field Notes — all sold in a custom Pelican case.
The Hamilton x HODINKEE Limited Edition Watches are available now, with pricing set at $595 for the Khaki Field Limited Edition For HODINKEE, $2,145 for the Khaki Pilot Pioneer Limited Edition For HODINKEE, and $2,740 for the Khaki Collector’s Set Limited Edition For HODINKEE. The Field Notes notebooks are priced at $17.
