Therabody’s line of gadgets has managed to change the wellness world for the better, and its new RecoveryPulse line delivers equally powerful performance while shedding the need to tote around a massage gun.
Consisting of two wearable pieces, one for the calf and another for the arm, the new collection is an absolute game changer, as the tech brand touts it as the world’s first-ever compression wearable with active vibration. And while its array of recovery boots may offer similar features like compression therapy, they have never been shown off in such a user-friendly way. In this situation, all you have to do is slide either silhouette on for all-day relief without having to wear some clunky boots.
The two sweat-resistant options aim to boost flexibility, mobility, blood circulation, and, most of all, relaxation; after all, we can all benefit from a proper massage every now and then. In this case, you can partake in a 45-minute session thanks to each option’s lengthy battery life. Therabody also notes that the arm sleeve is ideal for conditions like tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow. Best of all, both sleeves are machine washable upon removing the battery pack, ensuring it doesn’t build up odor through post-workout recovery and other day-to-day activities.
As of today, Therabody’s RecoveryPulse collection is partially available; you can purchase the calf-appropriate option but will have to wait until later in the year for the arm sleeve. Both are listed at $149.
