The James Brand & Huckberry Team Up on a Limited-Edition Redstone Knife

Thanks to quality materials, solid construction, ample utility, and an affordable price, The James Brand’s Redstone knife has quickly become one of TJB’s most popular offerings since its debut in late 2021. And after adding additional color variants to the Redstone lineup, the company has now joined forces with online retail giant Huckberry to deliver a limited run of special-edition HB x TJB Redstone Knives.

With a propensity for design-conscious forms and an outdoor-focused lifestyle, it’s not hard to see why Huckberry was drawn to the Redstone. However, with an already incredibly-calculated design, Huck has opted only to bestow the knife with aesthetic changes that, while transformative, don’t in any way compromise the Redstone’s immense utility. This includes treating the knife’s polypropylene “island design” scales to a unique light brown and sand colorway juxtaposed via a blacked-out blade, frame, locking mechanism, and pocket clip.

Further separating it from the regular model is the collaborative version’s included black paracord lanyard and co-branded Huckberry and The James Brand logoed lanyard bead. This limited-edition Redstone variant still retains the regular version’s partially-serrated 2.5″ drop point Sandvik 12C27 steel blade, one-piece die-stamped alloy frame, black-oxide hardware, phosphor bronze washers, bent wire pocket clip, and slide locking mechanism — along with its utilitarian and hardwearing nature.

Available in limited numbers while supplies last, The James Brand x Huckberry Redstone Outdoor Knife has been priced at $99 — only a $10 premium over the regular version of the knife, making this a bit of a steal for a limited-edition offering.
