A lot of multi-tools you see on the market have a problem. They’re either packing too many gimmicky “functions” or they’re too bulky to actually carry every day. NexTool, the Chinese brand that’s been quietly perfecting outdoor gear since 2012, thinks they’ve cracked the code with their new titanium EDC multi-tool.

Titanium Construction But Actually Usable
Built in Yangjiang — a region famous for literal centuries of blade-making tradition — this is a thoughtfully designed pocket tool from a company with actual manufacturing chops and over a decade of experience in the space. The NexTool multi-tool is CNC-machined from a single block of grade 5 titanium, and at 3.95oz, it disappears into your pocket without the bulk.
The 3.15-inch closed length is highly portable but without losing the ability to actually be practical, which is something a lot of multi-tools struggle with. Every edge gets precision radius curves and 0.8mm softening, so extended use won’t leave your hands marked up. The satin-brushed finish gives it a premium look, and micro-textured access grooves make deploying each tool intuitive rather than fumbling around with fingernails.

Magnetic Bit Driver Versatility
Where this tool separates itself from the pack is the magnetic quarter-inch bit driver that accepts standard hex bits. The magnetic socket holds bits securely, while a second storage slot houses a spare bit right in the tool body. Instead of inflating the function count with redundant tools, you can customize the NexTool for your specific needs, whether that’s Phillips heads for everyday fixes or Torx bits for specialty work.
Replaceable Blade System
The utility blade accepts nine common scalpel blade types (No.18 through 26), swapping out in five seconds without tools. This modular approach means you’re not stuck with a dull blade — just pop in a fresh one and keep working. The serrated blade handles heavier cutting tasks, capable of sawing through branches up to 1.5” thick.

Practical Extras
Beyond the primary cutting and driving functions, the dual-grit file pulls quadruple duty as a bottle opener, flathead screwdriver, and filing tool. A ceramic glass breaker sits discreetly on top for emergency situations. The deep-carry clip and lanyard holes give you additional carry options as well.
