Oakley’s Japanese-made Field Gear Line hit the scene in the ‘90s and has been exclusive to the country for the last three decades, but that all changes with the latest Oakley Field Gear Line collection, which has now been expanded to EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and APAC (Asia–Pacific).

This new collection maintains the unique blend of hiking gear, streetwear, and military-inspired pieces that the Field Gear Line is known for, and kicking this collection off, we have the FGL Stroke Anorak 4.0, a lightweight, waterproof jacket with a super unique (and very Oakley) front pouch for storage (and style). Next up, we have the FGL Refined Coat 1.0, an oversized coat with two layers and a long barrel silhouette for a futuristic look. The FGL Class C All In One 1.0 is Oakley’s techwear take on overalls, also featuring a barrel silhouette and UPF 50 sun protection.

The collection also features some new pants with the FGL Divisional Pants 4.0, a pair of baggy woven pants with a hydrofree DWR. Another one of the exciting pieces from the lineup is the FGL AP Vest 4.0, a flame and water-resistant pack/vest hybrid with adjustable straps that blends tactical reliability with style. Each product we’ve covered is equipped with a hydrofree DWR and UPF 50 sun protection.

Unfortunately, the Oakley Field Gear Line is exclusive to EMEA and APAC at the moment. This is great because the Field Gear Line has historically been a Japanese exclusive, but not so great for US residents. You can check out the collection over on Oakley’s Japanese site, featuring the FGL Stroke Anorak 4.0, FGL Refined Coat 1.0, FGL Divisional Pants 4.0, FGL Class C All In One 1.0, and FGL AP Vest 4.0 we touched on here.
