The Jumpman dynasty has reigned supreme over the world of shoes and sports since MJ himself donned the first pair in 1984. Few silhouettes spark as many emotions and carry as much history as the Air Jordan does, not only for basketball fans and sneakerheads, but for Chicago citizens as well. The Bulls’ legendary run during ‘84-’93 and ‘95-’98 went down in sports history and Chicago history as one of the most important moments in basketball, so naturally, the city takes pride in the shoe that defined the success. This is why the Air Jordan 312 came to be, as it’s a mix of the Alpha Force Low and the AJ 1 and 3, which Jordan himself wore during his illustrious career. And you can grab a pair of the Air Jordan Legacy 312 Lows in five distinct colorways to celebrate Chi-town and the GOAT.

These AJs combine the three previously mentioned silhouettes to create the ultimate homage to MJ’s legacy and the city where it came to be (with the 312 moniker referencing the city’s area code). The upper is made with leather, synthetic, and/or textile and features a strap similar to the ones seen on Alpha Force Lows. In the heel, an Air-Sole unit, much like the very same unit in the Air Jordan 3s, provides the classic AJ 3 cushioning and support.

As for the colorways available, we have one in Black and White accented with Wolf Grey and Fire Red, a Black and Valor Blue option with a bit of University Red and Wolf Grey (with different colored Swooshes on each side), and another Black and White variant, but this time with Metallic Gold highlighting the Swoosh and the AJ logo. A unique Aquamarine colorway with Neon Yellow is also available if you’re feeling bold.

The Air Jordan Legacy 312 Lows are available now for $145.
