One of the great joys in life is deluding yourself into shopping for things that are astronomically outside of your budget. Be it private jets, private islands, or hundred-million-dollar mega-mansions, the thought experiment of being a billionaire playboy with an infinite shopping budget is always a good time. That’s why it’s a blast to read about superyachts, an item so over-the-top opulent they make regular yachts look tawdry. For today’s installment of “billionaire wishlist,” we’re looking at the gorgeous, ultra-luxurious Sunreef 140.
A part of the Polish-based yard’s stout sailing yacht lineup, the Sunreef 140 is an all-new “sailing super catamaran.” It’s a fully customizable superyacht that boasts an immense living space, an aft cockpit design, and an optional Eco version with green propulsion and the shipyard’s proprietary solar power system, for the carbon-conscious billionaire. Simply put, the Sunreef 140 is stunning. The combination of smooth lines and sleek curves results in a beautifully modern aesthetic, while its 140-foot long size gives it the spaciousness and comfort of a superyacht. The Sunreef 140 boasts an alfresco lounging and dining space and a sizeable private beach to provide an unparalleled level of comfort while sailing the open sea. Moreover, one of the seacraft’s more notable features is its ability to lower its aft platform and two fold-out bulwark terraces to create a walk-around beach club area where passengers can play water sports or lounge some more. Its fully-customizable beach club connects with a gym featuring spectacular ocean views as well as a storage room for diving gear and water toys.
The Sunreef 140 can accommodate up to 12 guests and boasts a spectacular full-beam owner’s suite complete with panoramic views and private access to the lounging space and spa pool on the bow terrace. Sunreef has yet to release pricing information on the 140, but you can learn more about the vessel on the company’s website.
