Since inking a deal with Audi in 2021, we’ve seen several projects born out of the official partnership between Ken Block and the Ingolstadt outfit. And after previously pulling the cover off of Block’s personal ’80s-era Audi Sport quattro “Repli-Mod” and the YouTube-famous wheelman’s S1 e-tron quattro “Hoonitron” Gymkhana Prototype, the drift and rally legend has now revealed that Audi has given him and the Hoonigan crew a small fleet of new RS e-tron GT models to “play with” — one of which Block has now turned into his newest daily driver.
Representing the fastest production RS model on the planet, Block’s new daily ride began life as an RS-spec e-tron GT, though the already-potent stocker’s 440-kW (590-hp) dual motor configuration has been modified to put down an additional 35kW (26hp) — bringing its total output up to 475kW (637hp) and more than 620ft-lbs of instantly accessible torque. Block has also called on his official wheel sponsor (and neighbor) Rotiform to lace the Audi up with a set of aero-disc-equipped six-arm wheels that are shod in a Sport model tires from TOYO — Block’s official tire sponsor.
While the RS-spec e-tron GT remains largely stock from an aesthetic standpoint, the Audi has been bestowed with a few key modifications. Like the Sport quattro “Repli-Mod,” Block’s new e-tron GT is adorned in a matte white livery with monochromatic off-white Hoonigan and sponsor branding. This flat white paint is contrasted via black splitters, grille, mirror cowls, and trim, as well as carbon fiber intake surrounds, a carbon fiber roof, and red brake calipers. The car’s finishing touch is a suction cup-mounted roof cargo box that’s been done up in the same off-white Audi, Rotiform, TOYO, and Hoonigan branding.
Just like with the Sport quattro “Repli-Mod” and S1 Hoonitron Prototype, Block’s new daily driver makes us incredibly eager to see the forthcoming Gymkhana installments done in collaboration with Audi.
