Walk onto any jobsite in America and you’ll find at least one Super Duty parked outside and at least one guy wearing Carhartt inside it. The two brands have been unofficially paired for decades, so the new 2027 Super Duty Carhartt Package isn’t really a collaboration so much as it is an acknowledgment of something that already exists in the wild.
And after months of anticipation and teaser images, we’re finally getting our first look at the much anticipated workwear-inspired work truck.

More Than Logo Placement
The cynic’s take on any branded vehicle package is that it’s a sticker job with a markup, and we’re not going to pretend that doesn’t apply to plenty of them. But Ford and Carhartt actually thought this one through.
The textured Carhartt graphics on the fender vents, doors, and tailgate aren’t just there for branding (although they do look good,) they’re strategically positioned in the lower portions of the truck where rock chips, road salt, mud, and jobsite grime do the most damage. It’s essentially a paint protection film with a logo on it, which is a pretty rad touch.

Detroit, Etched In
Those 20-inch machined aluminum wheels look great on their own, but it’s inspiration story makes them even cooler. Ford designers looked at the manhole covers outside Carhartt’s Detroit flagship store and turned that industrial texture into a wheel design.
It’s a small nod to the fact that both companies grew up in the same city, on the same jobsites, building gear for the same people. The wheels come wrapped in LT275/65R20 Bridgestone Dueler all-terrains, and the package also includes off-road running boards with a textured finish for grip when boots are muddy.
Up front, the grille gets a unique dark paint treatment, and the LED treatment gets pulled through everything: roof markers, clearance lamps, fog lamps, reflectors, and a center high-mounted stop lamp. It’s a lot of LEDs, but anyone who’s worked dusk-to-dark on a job knows how much utility these things will provide on the job site.

The Cabin Does the Heavy Lifting
Inside is where the collab really comes to life. The cloth seats borrow from Carhartt’s Duck Canvas DNA, with the brand’s signature triple-stitch construction running through the seats and door trim panels. Embroidered Carhartt logos sit on the front headrests and the seatback map pockets.
The all-weather floor mat’s texture is pulled directly from Carhartt’s latest tool bag designs, which is a nice finishing touch.

The Engine Room
Mechanically, this is still a Super Duty XLT, which is fine because the Super Duty XLT is already an absolute beast. You can spec the gas-fed 7.3-liter V8 making 430 horsepower and 485 lb-ft, or step up to the Power Stroke 6.7-liter diesel V8 with either 475 hp and 1,050 lb-ft or 500 hp and a frankly ridiculous 1,200 lb-ft of torque. Four-wheel drive is also standard on the package – no surprise there.

The Tough Bed spray-in bedliner with the Carhartt logo comes standard (again, this thing is built for working). There are six different color options slated to drop, with Neptune Blue making its debut for the 2027 model year.
