Racing history is home to legendary drivers and cars who have defined and continue to influence the scene. Ferrari is one of those brands that’s played a major role in the sport’s past (and present), with an untouchable lineup of racecars that double as art. In an effort to capture the history and artistic side of racing, the Italian marque releases highly-coveted books that serve as their own artistic statements as well. Now, the Prancing Horse dropped Ferrari Endurance, a book that immortalizes the label’s endurance racing history, and it comes in a carbon fiber case to top it all off.

This carbon fiber case was designed by creative director Joel Berg and is constructed with the same material used in the latest Ferrari hypercars (it even has an intake like the NACA duct on the side of the Ferrari 512 BB). You’re getting an exclusive forward from chairman John Elkann, and this release also marked the end of the label’s fifty-year hiatus from the 24 Hours of Le Mans (which Ferrari won this past June, dethroning Toyota in the process).

Inside the book, we have sturdy aluminum binding, and the endurance racing history of Ferarri from 1972 to the present day in 312 pages (honoring the 312 PB, which won 10 races) of high-quality prints and paper. The editor Jason Barlow compiled iconic moments, racers, and cars that defined Ferrari’s endurance racing history, like Luigi Chinetti, who snagged the label’s first 24 Hour of Le Mans win in 1949 with the 166 MM Barchetta. The present is also honored with images of the 499P during its first race of the WEC 2023.
