Though rudimentarily labeled ‘The Garage,’ Den’s first take on a home for your car and all that encompasses is far from elementary. Standing 21-feet tall, this A-Frame garage boasts a sleek, ultramodern look thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. On top of that, it is equipped with a plethora of storage space and a workroom that’s sure to be large enough for the modern man and then some. For added comfort, there is also a mini-split for air conditioning and heat. Offering both a 2-car or 3-car package, the beautiful space measures between 650 square feet and 950 square feet, respectively. While the starter package for their latest build ensures an outstanding finished project for those who have mastered the craft of construction, Den Outdoors also offers the Complete Package ensuring you won’t be the one fretting over this beauty meeting coding standards.
Available through Outdoor Dens’ website, their starter package plans for The Garage cost $299, with its complete package plans totaling out to $2,395. Of course, that doesn’t include the materials or expected $224-per-square-foot labor rate you would pay to actually get the garage built, as Den estimates the total project would run you anywhere from $145,275 to $212,325.
