Over the years, we’ve tested more Olight torches than we can count – they’re some of the best in the business. And during that time, the brand’s sister label Oknife has been quietly building out the cutting (and fixing) side of the family business. Now the two talents have finally merged into a single piece of pocket hardware, and it’s called the OKNIFE MK.

Light Where You Work
Every one of us has clamped a flashlight between our teeth to drive a screw in the dark, and the MK hopes to solve this problem once for all, with one of the simplest solutions we’ve seen.
Simply fold out the blade or the magnetic bit driver and the 300-lumen spotlight aims right at the work (no third hand required). There’s also a side floodlight for close-up tasks and a red light for preserving night vision.

Small Kit, Big Coverage
The blade is a slipjoint folder constructed from 9Cr18MoV steel, which is perfect for boxes, paracord, and general daily cutting duty. The driver runs a dual-ended PH0/SL3.5 bit in S2 tool steel, and the magnetic holder was designed to accept any standard 4mm bit.
Oknife’s MBS1 accessory set also adds nine more S2 bits (plus a pencil lead) to build out your own loadout. And all of this weighs 1.83 ounces, so it’s built with EDC in mind.

Built for the Glovebox Years
A USB-C rechargeable cell handles daily use with a 90-minute charge, but the MK also runs on a plain AAA, so a dead battery on a camping trip or during a power outage isn’t a death blow.
With an IP65 rating, a magnetic tail for hands-free mounting, and a two-way pocket clip, this thing is happy living in a pocket, pack, or center console until you need it. The MK isn’t trying to replace a full-size toolbox. Instead, it focuses on the tools you’re most likely to need when you’re away from one: a light, a blade, and a driver. Packing all three into a pocketable format makes it an unusually practical addition to an everyday carry or glovebox kit.
