For its latest clothing collection, it’s released a handful of technical garments and accessories that will give you versatility no matter where you venture to.
Called the Alt_Road Collection, the range includes t-shirts, jerseys, vests, jackets, bibs, and even gloves that all fall within the MAAP’s signature style. Available in both full- and half-zip styles for optimal airflow, the jerseys utilize a proprietary NATURALMATCH — a sustainably-sourced merino wool fabric for thermoregulation — and are given a woven ripstop side body with pocket panels for durability. Likewise, the Alt_Road Tee 3.0 is a technical t-shirt built with Polartec Power Dry fabric that draws moisture and sweat away from the skin so it can evaporate faster and, most importantly, feel dry. This latest version comes with a new enhanced side panel and two-piece articulated sleeve pitch for better movement. If you’re looking for quality compressive bib shorts, check out the Alt_Road model, which features durable four-way stretch, 3D thermo-molded chamois with laser-cut perforations and abrasion-resistant leg panels. There’s also an open cargo pocket for your phone or other valuables.
For colder conditions, MAAP has also included the Alt_Road Vest, Jacket, and Anorak in the collection. Built with Polartec Alpha, the Vest and Jacket feature active insulation to regulate body temperature by releasing excess heat, made more efficient with perforated side panels. These models also come with rear zippered pockets for stashing gear. For a lightweight option, go with the Anorak, with a waterproof and windproof Drytex shell and thermo-taped seams. What’s more, the ⅓-zip can be put on even when you have your helmet on.
