Ejector card holders have revolutionized the wallet industry over the past 15 years or so. No more rifling through a packed bifold just to find a gift card you got last Christmas. And no more bulky leather taking up tons of room in your pocket. However, with the innovation has come a sort of stagnation in design. Luckily we have DANGO to shake things up. Always dedicated to fusing durability, utility, and sleek styling, the EDC stalwart has come out with their own take on the ejector wallet with the SK1.

An acronym for “Slide Kick,” the SK1 evolves the design language of DANGO’s past Dapper Wallets with more minimalism, all while amping up the engineering. Built on a CNC-machined aerospace-grade aluminum chassis with RFID protection, the wallet integrates the brand’s patented rail system that can deploy up to 6 cards with the slide of your thumb on the front plate. They fan out with clarity so you can easily see which card you need at the moment. Best of all, if you only have 1 or 2 cards to carry with you, you can fit them inside without them spilling out.

Like virtually all DANGO products, the SK1 is modular, with a Titanium Money Clip (sold separately) made specifically for the wallet. You simply screw the accessory into the base of the card holder and you have yourself a low profile expansion that looks ultra sleek. Also, the lift at the edge of the clip won’t break your fingernails when you try to add or remove your folded bills or additional cards.

Priced at $79, the SK1 Slide Kick Wallet is currently available from DANGO’s website in Satin Silver or Jet Black. You can also bundle it with the Titanium Money Clip for an extra $40 or purchase it separately later on. The brand has also said it plans to make even more attachments in the future.
