Benchmade Unveils an Ultra Top-Shelf, Limited-Edition Kitchen Knife Range

Back in October, Benchmade debuted its all-new cutlery collection, putting the company’s signature spin on a high-end set of kitchen knives. And after the initial successful rollout of this new lineup, the Oregon City outfit has opted to deliver a Gold Class-inspired, spare-no-expense version of these kitchen blades with what Benchmade has dubbed the “Collector’s Edition” cutlery knives.

Hugely benefitting from the use of Benchmade’s groundbreaking SelectEdge technology, this limited-edition release is anchored by an ultra-top-shelf version of the existing 3 Piece Set — a trio comprised of a 13.02″ Chef Knife outfitted with an 8.04″ blade, a 10.63″ Utility Knife boasting a 6.16″ blade, and a smaller 8.78″ Paring Knife equipped with a 4.30″ blade. In addition to being sold in a special walnut wood presentation case, the 3 Piece Collector’s Edition Set has also received an insanely premium material upgrade, with Baldur pattern Damasteel blades paired with multitone Arctic Storm Fat Carbon handles with gold-plated rings and marbled carbon fiber bolsters. This stunning, spare-no-expense treatment has also been bestowed upon Benchmade’s Station Knife — a squat, aggressive-looking, and thoroughly utilitarian 10.88” kitchen knife with a 5.97” clip point blade — which is sold with a custom wood Saya sheath. Meticulously made by hand in America, both the 3 Piece Set and the Station Knife are limited to just 200 units worldwide.

Available now, the Benchmade 4010-211 Collector’s Edition Station Knife is priced at $1,500 while the Benchmade 4000-211 Collector’s Edition 3 Piece Set is listed at $2,400.
