Summer is right around the corner and brands are looking to harp on the heat. One of the labels aiming to get in on the action is the inimitable Taylor Stitch, which has just collaborated with swimsuit specialist Fair Harbor to release a trio of stylish swim trunks.
The bicoastal Turning Tide Capsule fuses Baja-inspired colors with the sense of rustic earthiness that Taylor Stitch is known for. N.Y.-based Fair Harbor’s sustainable mission statement goes hand-in-hand with the S.F.-bred label’s eco-cognizance, and each of these new swim trunks looks to have a hand in building a greener future. There are three different colors to choose from across two distinct pairs of Fair Harbor’s trunks: The Bayberry and The Anchor. Both pairs utilize the brand’s anti-chafing BreezeKnit lining for optimized comfort.
The Bayberry has a 7” inseam and is crafted from a blend of recycled polyester, cotton, and spandex, providing just the right amount of stretch. These come available in either the graphic-printed Mirage Palm or the colorblocked Sandbar. The Anchor Trunks, which come equipped with an 8” inseam, shed the cotton composition but still utilize the same sustainable brand of polyester. They come in a more conservative but no less stunning Red Clay colorway. Each of the three pocket-styled shorts is rounded out with mesh pocket bags and a metal-tipped drawcord for added functionality.
You can pick up your favorite pair of collaborative swim trunks from the Taylor Stitch x Fair Harbor Turning Tide Capsule on Taylor Stitch’s site for $72 each.
