Since 1992, Luminox has been equipping the men and women of the Navy SEALs with super rugged and reliable timepieces. With fervent ties to the U.S. military, it makes sense that the watchmaker would partner with another brand committed to patriotism.
Informed by preserving American freedom, VOLITION AMERICA is a retail coalition known for partnering with fellow brands who share its values. Teaming up together, Luminox and VOLITION have released a trio of timepieces honoring the U.S. military. The collection consists of three dive watch variants, including one chronograph edition. For the Navy SEAL Chronograph ($595), Luminox has outfitted the 45mm case in a super-durable CARBONOX with 200m of water resistance and a Swiss-made RONDA movement. The watch is blacked out with a textured dial and a black camo Nato strap featuring the VOLITION AMERICA logo.
The Leatherback Sea Turtle Giant ($445) in the Navy Out colorway is Luminox’s first-ever all-blue watch and features tonal camo on the dial. It sports a 44mm fiberglass compound case with 100m of water resistance and houses a Swiss-made Ronda movement. As for the VOLITION Patriot Timepiece Set ($545), it combines a 45mm CARBONOX case and sapphire crystal with a navy blue dial and white digits. It comes equipped on a red rubber strap with an additional American flag Nato strap. To complete the set, a Luminox x VOLITION AMERICA challenge coin is included. All three watches boast Luminox’s signature Always Visible lighting system.
Proceeds for the Luminox x VOLITION AMERICA watches go towards families of fallen or injured soldiers. The watches are currently available directly through Luminox’s online store.
