Originally born out of a wildly-successful crowd-funding campaign, the Give’r 4 Season gloves are an ultra-rugged and robust vintage-inspired pair of cold-weather leather work gloves engineered to take on practically anything that nature and the elements can throw their way. And after several years of establishing itself as one of the most sought-after gloves on the market — or as the company puts it, “the best damn gloves ever” – Give’r has partnered with online retail giant Huckberry to offer an even more thoroughly fortified pair of 4 Season mitts that now come backed by a wax coating.
Designed and tested extensively in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, the Give’r 4 Season Gloves were built to tackle extreme environments and conditions and can be utilized for everything from surviving otherworldly temperatures to handling smoldering logs without getting burnt or singed. Taking visual inspiration from retro designs, the gloves feature a reinforced, all-leather cowhide exterior lined with 40 grams of 3M’s Thinsulate insulation, as well as reflective heat shields on the front of the hands, ribbed, elasticized wrist cuffs to prevent warmth from escaping, a Keystone thumb design, steel D-rings for easy storage or attaching to bags and gear, and a 100% waterproof and breathable Hipora membrane that’s further reinforced via the glove’s all-natural wax coating. The palms of the 4 Season model also sport reinforced leather overlays for added durability, while the backs of the hands are adorned in Give’r’s signature mountain range motif.
Available in limited numbers, the upgraded, waxed version of the Give’r 4 Season gloves are currently being sold through Huckberry with pricing set at $130. The online apparel and gear purveyor is also offering special chestnut brown and all-black versions of the gloves — both of which are exclusively sold through Huckberry and aren’t available anywhere else.
