Flint and Tinder’s Fatigue Collection Embraces Subtle Surplus Store Staples

Presented by

Working in collaboration with Brian Davis, owner of a New York-based, Americana-admiring clothing store named Wooden Sleepers, Flint and Tinder has put forth The Fatigue Collection, paying recognition to the timeless surplus store pieces of the past.

The Huckberry house brand’s latest collection consists of a trio of new garments, each available in distinct, tactical-inspired colors. Kicking things off with the Fatigue Shorts, aimed to serve as a comfortable pair of shorts taking after retro-style combat fatigues. Albeit soft to the touch, these are composed of an impressively sturdy blend of cotton and just a touch of spandex for added flexibility.

Next is the Fatigue Pant, which is made from the same materials as the shorts, looking to provide a parallel brand of comfort with some additional layering. These are also equipped with melamine buttons for enhanced durability, as are the shorts. Rounding out the trio is the Fatigue Jacket, which offers a handy quartet of pockets. Each piece in the capsule comes available in full-on frog-skin camouflage print or a shade of tactical green; however, the one exception to this array of hues is an additional warm mustard color that has solely been applied to the Fatigue Short.

Fans of old-fashioned elements of design and a rightful splash of camouflage are bound to appreciate Flint and Tinder’s capsule of Americana-exuding essentials. Pieces in the Fatigue Collection are available through Huckberry exclusively, starting from $78.
