Durability, utility, and versatility have always been three of the most crucial characteristics when it comes to any type of EDC gear. Recognizing this, Aer’s offerings have possessed these qualities in spades since the company’s inception, and the San Francisco firm is now doubling down on these traits with the debut of its second-generation Travel Pack.
Born out of an exclusive collaboration with Huckberry, the Aer Travel Pack 2 features a hardwearing 900D eco-dyed olive shell that contains a bevy of organizers and compartments with contrasting orange liners to accommodate different types of gadgets and gear, including a dedicated shoe compartment, an expandable water bottle pocket, a quick-access top pocket, and a laptop sleeve that can accommodate notebooks up to 15.6″ in size. Measuring 21.5″ x 13.5″ x 8.5″, the second-gen Travel Pack tips the scales at only 3.7lbs while still affording a generous 33 liters of internal storage space. What’s more, the bag’s main compartment sports lockable zippers, as well as an internal framesheet that affords the vessel a more supportive, rigid structure. Outfitted with YKK zippers and rugged Duraflex hardware, the Travel Pack 2 has also been optimized to meet both domestic and international carry-on requirements, plus comes equipped with side compression straps for tightening the bag’s dimensions or securing additional gear.
Priced at $250, the Aer x Huckberry Travel Pack 2 is available now. Produced in limited numbers, this 33-liter bag is being offered exclusively through Huckberry and isn’t sold anywhere else.
