A relaxing vacation requires a fine balance between a change of scenery, and comfort. This A-Frame in Yosemite, California walks that line perfectly.

Located in Yosemite National Park roughly 7,000 feet above sea-level, this striking cabin boasts a truly unique design and enviable location. When weekend warriors aren’t enjoying the nearby lake, hikes through meadows, or swims – they can relax in one of the cabin’s two loft bedrooms, in the spacious but cozy first floor, or out on the large porch. The cabin sleeps up to four people at a time with two queen mattresses in loft bedrooms, a pair of modern bathrooms, and a full kitchen. And for those who can’t stand to stay unplugged for more than an hour or so – the cabin boasts full wifi. Though, we’d recommend you just bust out a book or go an a day hike instead.

Book: $275+
