Yaletown Warehouse Conversion Loft in Vancouver

The contemporary Yaletown Loft has been deemed “the ultimate bachelor pad for the ultimate bachelor client” and one quick glance will reveal why.

This dwelling oozes masculinity, and it should considering the condo was converted from a rugged warehouse built all the way back in 1921. The conversion took place in 1996, but many of the warehouse characteristics including the brick wall can be found throughout the property. The 1,000 square foot home was actually remodeled by the Vancouver based studio at Kelly Reynolds Interiors back in 2010 to help reclaim more of that old warehouse feel.
