Originally dubbed the JackHawk 9000, the fellow San Diegans behind the ingenious bottle opener sunglasses have officially hit the retail scene with some fresh new branding. Introducing the William Painter bottle opener sunglasses.
Sporting the same classic Wayfarer design, these things originally surfaced as a Kickstarter project last summer. After hitting their goal, the sunglasses are now becoming available for purchase just in time for the upcoming summer season. The glasses are crafted from ultra durable titanium, and feature scratch resistant powder coating designed to take a beating. Of course the key feature here is the ability to pop open any bottle at a whim’s notice. See them in action below.
