It’s not often that we see heritage motorcycle companies collaborating with one of America’s oldest footwear proprietors to create a purposeful, promising boot. But our woes were quelled when we heard about an upcoming project from White’s Boots and Revival Cycles — a stylish moto variant that blurs the lines between dapper adornment, and safety-focused functionality.
Drawing upon White’s centurial knowledge in the creation of vintage, retro, and contemporary variants, Revival’s new boot builds its foundation upon the company’s Premium Military Police Service Boot and 1/2 Lug Sole. To give the moto-focused footwear an edge on the competition, a customized shifter toe pad has been added to ensure adequate reinforcement against things like footpegs, abrasive metal parts, and shift levers. Kevlar stitching can be found throughout, providing an additional barrier catered toward durability and longevity, while a full-grain oil-tanned (and chrome-tanned) leather makes up the vast majority if its silhouette. Each dressy offering is fully resole-able and rebuildable, making it the perfect companion for any avid rider who’s looking to take on the blacktop in style. Head the Revival’s website to learn more; and while you’re there, pick up a pair for yourself at a price point of $695.
