After circling the globe twice during his time on CBS’s The Amazing Race, Connor O’Leary decided to enough was enough with subpar daypacks. He then set out to create a versatile, durable and packable option that would stand out amongst the crowd. So, after a bit of trial and error and thousands of miles of first-hand research, the Wanaka Adventure Daypack was born.

Not only does the Wanaka boast up to 24 liters of storage space but its packable design allows you take it with you wherever the journey may lead without worrying about lugging another backpack around. It comes equipped with a removable sling that’s compatible with a hydration bladder, a camera case that can double as a cooler, a self-contained laundry bag, and a dry bag to keep things protected when the sky decides to open up. The Wanaka is also constructed from 210D and 420D double ripstop nylon, features a DWR finish, and YKK zippers for good measure. Currently available on Kickstarter.

Purchase: $116+
