Wacom Cintiq 13HD Multi Touch Tablet

Wacom is quite known on the graphic design scene for innovative products like the Cintiq 24HD and their Inkling Sketch Pen, but it looks like the brand is looking to appeal to a larger audience with their new multi touch tablet.

The Wacom Cintiq 13HD offers all the same specs as the 24HD, but it in a much more portable format. The device will be equipped with Express Keys, Rocker Ring, 2,048 sensitivity levels, and of course tilt recognition. We loved the 24HD, but unfortunately at nearly $4,000 it was out of the price range for your average consumer. The 13HD is still a bit of a stretch at around $1,000, but it’s certainly a step in the right direction if mainstream appeal is the end goal.
