After teasing us earlier this week with the revealing of the 05, the Mexican carmakers at Vuhl have decided it was time to fully unveil their upcoming supercar.

The Vuhl 05 supercar is reminiscent of vehicles like the Ariel Atom and KTM X-Bow, and was built with the track in mind. The two seater is built on a monocoque chassis, and utilizes carbon fiber body panels atop the aluminum construction to help shed weight.  The end result is a vehicle that weighs just 1,532 pounds, and with a Ford sourced turbocharged 2.0 liter four cylinder EcoBoost motor powering the lightweight machine, you can expect zero to 62 miles per hour times to be around 3.7 seconds. A six speed manual transmission is mated to the 285 horsepower, 310 lb-ft of torque motor for an awesome driving experience. Make sure you wear a helmet when attempting to reach the vehicle’s top speed of 152 miles per hour though, as thing doesn’t have a full windshield. Expect delivery of the Vuhl 05 during the Spring of 2014, with a price tag starting at £55,000.
