Many call Srircha’s massive spike in popularity nothing more than a trend. We call it a lifestyle. The hot sauce of the gods is here to stay (at least in our pantries), and we are loving the constant fusion concoctions being created on the culinary scene.

Vermont Maple Sriracha is the latest heaven-sent bottle to land at our doorsteps, and we’d be downright lying if we said our mouths aren’t watering just writing this. The small batch sauce is made completely by hand, in Vermont of course. The crew blended the classic Sriracha ingredients – peppers, garlic, vinegar and salt with pure Vermont maple syrup.
