If you’re going to burn off calories to get in summer shape, you’ll need apparel that will provide you with the freedom of movement to perform the proper technique for your indoor or outdoor workouts. The Veilance Fast and Light Collection will allow you to execute high output activity, as well as everyday tasks so you can move swiftly toward your fitness goals.

The Vancouver performance apparel brand, which was founded by Arc’Teryx, focused on mobility with their capsule collection. Their lineup consists of six lightweight, breathable pieces, including jackets, pants, shirts, and shorts. You can’t go wrong with picking up any minimalist piece form the collection, but the Monitor SL Coat is arguably the highlight of the set. The waterproof coat is made with GORE-TEX and SHAKEDRY technology, a low profile hood, stretch woven inserts in the cuffs, and a security pocket that can be used as a stuff sack. The lineup is available now, ranging from $125 to $750.
