It honestly feels like a month can’t go by without Converse collaborating with one brand or the other. Not like we’re complaining or anything. This time around the heritage American footwear brand has teamed up with streetwear company Undefeated for a simple but striking take on the One Star Ox silhouette.
For this iteration of the classic low top One Star design the two brands applied a suede upper and paired the two chosen colors – an off white ‘Blanc de Blanc’ and marshall ‘Capulet Olive’ – with a striking High Risk Red rubber outsole. More than just for looks, the sole of the shoe has a considerable amount of grip and durability for long lasting wear in the city. For increased comfort, this limited pair of sneakers also features Nike’s Lunarlon insole. As far as detailing goes, the tongue of the shoe features Undefeated’s five strike logo, and the heel stay boasts a high quality grosgrain. Well done all around.
