As more people flock to bicycles as their means of transportation, brands are doing everything they can to stand out in the crowded market. The Blackbraid Bicycle takes a rather common route to the extreme, creating one of the lightest bikes on the market.

Urban dwellers know just how easy it is to get from Point A to Point B on a bicycle. PG Bikes and Munich Composites teamed up to brainstorm on ways to make this process even more convenient, and decided that creating one of the lightest bikes on the market was the route they would take for their collaboration project. The ultra lightweight Blackbraid bike weighs in under 5 kilograms and doesn’t sacrifice durability and strength thanks to the carbon fiber construction. The bike is also available in your choice of either a single speed or 14 gear touring model.
