As Disney gears up for a year-end release of Star Wars Episode VII, we’ve seen Star Wars really strengthen their partnership with LEGO. This time around the two powerhouse brands have teamed up for the Ultimate Collectors Series LEGO Star Wars TIE Fighter.

While there have been LEGO TIE Fighters in the past, nothing has come close to this. Standing in at 18.5 inches high and 12.2 inches wide, this thing is made up of just under 1,700 pieces. Though it might not look as intricate as some other LEGO sets, the grey and black details are impressive. There’s even a fully functional opening cockpit hatch, a stand with TIE Fighter information, and of course, a matching TIE pilot minifigure to man the spacecraft. The set was unveiled at this year’s Toy Fair, and LEGO plans on releasing it in May with a retail price tag of $200. [Purchase]
