Based on a legendary “Commando” prototype created in the ’60s for the U.S. Navy, Tudor’s new timepiece takes cues from over six decades of the company’s diver watches. The Tudor Black Bay P01 Dive Watch is a dapper addition to any serious collector’s lineup.

The water-resistant 42mm watch features angular “snowflake” hands, a stop system for the bi-directional 60-notch rotating bezel, a Calibre MT56112 movement, and a 70-hour power reserve. It has a stealthy black dial with a date display at 3 o’clock protected by a sapphire crystal dome and a hybrid leather and rubber strap complete with a safety catch and folding clasp. The satin-finished steel case dive watch is a robust, military-inspired accessory fit for any occasion. If you’re looking for a handsome timepiece with a vintage look, the Tudor Black Bay P01 wristwatch is a fine choice. The watch is available right this second for $3,950.
