When we were kids, RC cars looked like RC cars – meaning you’d never mistake them for the real thing. Nowadays, that line has been severely blurred. That’s not helped at all with how realistic the new Traxxas TRX-4 Ford Bronco looks. But we’re not complaining.

This small-scale re-creation is impressive, to say the least. For starters, the styling is completely on point. But under the facade, things get even better – with a realistic suspension system (and plenty of ground clearance for off-road driving), adjustable wheelbase, heavy duty hardware, and a motor with a real functional 2-speed transmission and locking differentials. And at a price of $480, this is the next best thing to owning a real one.
