Grill On The Go With This Indian x Traeger Sidecar Motorcycle

We’ve never been inclined to say that grilling and motorcycles go hand-in-hand. But maybe that’s only because nobody has managed to do a good enough job of integrating them. But that’s all about to change because the folks at Indian Motorcycles and Trager Grills have joined forces on this simply magnificent Springfield Darkhorse sidecar motorcycle.

At first glance (especially if you were to see it on the road), you might think this is simply a beautifully-built custom bike equipped with a gorgeous sidecar. But at closer inspection, you’ll notice that the sidecar isn’t a sidecar at all. Rather, it’s a fully-functional Traeger Ironwood 885 wood pellet grill — complete with mounts for all your grilling tools and accessories. Built with the help of Thor Drake of See See Motorcycles, this incredibly-clever moto will be headed to the 79th Annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, where it will actually be used to dish out some delectable dishes. So, if you want to see it for yourself and maybe grab a brisket or two, head out to South Dakota for the world’s wildest two-wheeler weekend.
