Trace Action Sports Activity Monitor

Dec 4, 2019

Category: Tech

Until now there was no real way for action sports athletes to track and monitor their sessions, but the Los Angeles based team at ActiveReplay looks to change all that with Trace.

There are an abundance of monitoring gadgets and apps for both cyclists and runners, but athletes within the action sports sector have always received the short end of the stick. Trace is a hockey puck like device that utilizes a rugged, water-proof mount to attach to your skateboard, snowboard and even surfboard to help you measure, share and compare all of your data. The portable, lightweight device will deliver data like speed, jump height and distance to your iOS or Android powered device through the included app, helping you to improve your game with every metric. The product is currently looking for funding on Kickstarter. Watch the video below.
