TOPS Introduces A Black & Tan Special Edition Bushcraft Fixed Blade Knife

There are a lot of things to consider when picking out the perfect fixed blade knife. And while it might seem trivial to some, the appearance (especially the colorway) can be a make-or-break to others. The folks at TOPS Knives, who have offered quite a number of different finishes over the years, are no strangers to this fact. That’s why, when crafting their special Baja 4.5 Reserve bushcraft fixed blade, they knew they had to finish it in their most popular colorway: black and tan.

The brand has likened this new special edition knife to a top-shelf cigar or an aged scotch whisky — great at the outset, but better with age. Of course, its timeless appearance wouldn’t mean much without quality materials; luckily, it has those, also. That includes a 4.88″ 1095 steel blade with a Black Traction Coating and canvas Micarta handle scales. Better still, it also comes with a double-stitched brown leather sheath complete with its own fire starter. Available now, the USA-made TOPS Knives Baja 4.5 Reserve edition is priced at $126.
