You may not know it, but harpoons are about to come back into style in a big way. At least they could, if In the Heart of the Sea, Ron Howard’s Moby Dick-inspired movie makes a big splash when it comes out later this year. So yeah, now’s a good time to get ahead of the harpoon curve and scoop up Tops’ Hoffman Harpoon Knife.

This versatile fixed blade knife is eight inches long with a 3.5-inch 1095 high carbon steel blade and a black traction coating for added durability when plunging it into shipwrecking sperm whales or maybe just a piece of cloth or rope. The grippy handle is wrapped in paracord, which means you can also attach it to a pole to make it sea-worthy and strike your best Chris Hemsworth pose. [Purchase]
