Topo Designs Puffer Hoodie

Lightweight jackets for fall are easy to come by. Every other brand out there has at least one or two styles. But when it comes to quality built outer layers? Those are harder to dig up. One of the few outdoor brands out there doing it right is Topo Designs. Take a look at their Puffer Hoodie and you’ll see what we mean.

Made from a featherweight 1.1 ounce Silktique nylon fabric and insulated with a light PrimaLoft fill, it is warm without being stifling and compressible without being too drafty. To complement the insulation, the cuffs of the jacket are elasticated and the bottom hem fitted with a draw-string. All of these separate elements come together to make a jacket that is ideal for throwing in your pack before heading out on a hike, or just zipping up before you run out to run errands. Right now you can pick up this layer in four different colors.

Purchase: $250
