The Travelbox Mobile Apartment

As real estate prices continue to soar, city dwellers continue to call smaller living spaces home. Finding furniture designed to fit these small spaces can be a pain, which is why Australia-based architect Stefan Juust created the Travelbox.

As the name might suggest, this ingenious box stores away an entire apartment. Within the confines of the box is a bed, table and chair set, shelves, dresser for storing your clothes and even a bike for transport. All of the furnishings are constructed from durable wood and aluminum, and neatly fold up within the box. It was designed to ship easily, weighing 132 pounds (not too heavy considering it houses an apartment inside), and measures 4 feet tall by 7 feet long. The box is currently available by custom order directly through Juust. [Purchase]
