The Pinnacle Portfolio Car Collection by RM Auctions
Jay Leno, you’re about to get served. The Tonight Show Indian giver and long chinned comic has a famously huge car collection, but it might as well be Matchbox cars compared to the insane collection that’s about to hit RM Sotheby’s upcoming auction.
The “Pinnacle Portfolio” consists of some 30 cars that could fetch more than $65 million when they’re individually auctioned this August at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Among the stunners in this collection are a first production Bugatti Veyron; a legendary Porsche 959; the rare Lamborghini Reventón (just 20 were built); the second-to-last road-going McLaren F1 ever made; and the last Ferrari Enzo which was given to Pope John Paul II from former Ferrari chairman Luca Cordero di Montezemolo. Grazie! The most amazing part of this whole thing? All the cars belong to one anonymous person.
