The North Face is famous for producing incredibly warm and dynamic outerwear, boots, and other outdoor equipment. So it shouldn’t be surprising that ahead of the coming winter season they’ve rolled out a product that combines all of those strengths. Introducing the North Face NSE Traction Lite WP II Sneakers.

These hi-top kicks boast a water resistant ripstop nylon upper with PrimaLoft insulation and a classic Chukka silhouette. The combination of the old-school styling and the ultra weatherproof tech make them an ideal pair for daily wear when the temperature starts to dip below freezing. But more than just being warm, the shoes offer up solid traction and comfort thanks to a rubberized outsole and EVA midsole. All things said, a great pick for those who want serious warmth without having to lace up their hiking boots. Right now the shoes are available either in black, or a mid gray.

Purchase: $110
