The James Brand Benton Pen

So the story goes, The James Brand got their start when they couldn’t find the perfect EDC knife and decided to make one themselves. Having proved their tremendous prowess several times over now, they’ve shifted their focus to another everyday carry staple, the pen. And allow us to be the first to tell you, The Benton is about as perfect as we’ve ever seen.

Minimalist and straightforward in its appearance while somehow still managing to be elegant and imposing, The Benton is crafted from solid 304 stainless steel (in either silver or black finishes) and features a laser-etched grip to help keep it secure in your hand. It also features a simple and straightforward clicker mechanism that also doubles as a lanyard attachment point — perfect for a bit of paracord, if you want it. It comes equipped with an ever-popular Schmidt 900 M black ink cartridge, though it can be swapped out simply with just a twist of the body. Lastly, The James Brand is so confident in this masterful writing utensil that they’ve included a limited lifetime warranty upon it. Pricing is set at $60.

Purchase: $60
