The Emperor’s Cabinet AT-AT Walker Wet Bar
When the urge to imbibe a few adult beverages takes over, you might as well go full-on Palpatine. Vancouver-based artist Colin Johnson recognizes the power of the dark side and has handcrafted this stunning AT-AT Walker from The Empire Strikes Back whose belly opens up to serve as a legitimate wet bar.
‘The Emperor’s Cabinet’ was on display last spring at the Hot Art Wet City gallery in Vancouver B.C., and now Johnson could probably charge a tidy sum for his creation. It’s made with high density plywood, mahogany veneer, solid brass trim, and glass. The shelves and mirrored interior are just waiting to house your favorite (evil) spirits. And this thing isn’t small either—you could definitely terrorize some little Jedis if you stand next to it in a black robe.
