Tetra-Pod Clamshell Trailer

At first glance, the Tetra-Pod seems to be just a well-designed ATV trailer that can haul your gear, tools and whatever else you need to haul on your vehicle. But it’s quite a bit more than just that, actually. In just a few simple steps, the Tetra-Pod can be turned into a hull, serving as the basis for a boat.

Throw a motor on it, and you’ve got yourself a boat. Throw it on a two-wheel carrier, and you’ve got yourself something to haul those wood stacks with. The Tetra-Pod undeniably has its uses, especially if you’re the outdoor sportsman or a field worker. Its rugged plastic body offers 27 cubic feet of storage space and can carry up to a 2,000-lb payload. It comes with a gas-sprung lid, and includes a dump function. The Tetra-Pod also includes two removable foam seats and is designed to accommodate two people and a total weight up to 766 pounds. The Tetra-Pod will come in at $2,995. [Purchase]
