Tesla Model Y

In case it hasn’t become abundantly clear, Tesla is delivering on their promise to disrupt the auto industry with a full range of electric vehicle options. And they’ve just updated their catalog with the one thing that was missing: a crossover SUV they’ve dubbed the Model Y.

Sitting squarely between the Model 3 and Model X in regards to size, shape, and styling, this beauty has everything we’ve come to expect out of Elon Musk’s electric car company. That includes a class-topping range of up to 300 miles per charge, optional all-wheel-drive, and an impressive 0-60 time of as little as 3.5 seconds. Of course, it also has quite a few goodies we weren’t necessarily expecting — like the same panoramic glass roof found in the Model 3, 66 cubic feet of internal storage space, a wealth of safety and technological features (namely the 3’s 15″ touchscreen cockpit control panel), and a range of up to 168 miles with just a 15-minute charge. With a price starting at just $42,700, we’re having a hard time coming up with reasons why we’re not all already driving a Tesla.

Purchase: $42,700+
