Arnold Schwarzenegger Is Back In The ‘Terminator: Dark Fate’ Trailer

Let’s face it, every Terminator film after Terminator 2: Judgement Day is hot garbage. Luckily, Deadpool director Tim Miller, along with some help from James Cameron as a producer, is behind Terminator Dark: Fate. Thankfully, the film will ignore all the sequels after Judgement Day.

The trailer introduces Mackenzie Davis as the new protector and Gabriel Luna as the lead-colored steel villain with advanced liquid metal capabilities. Admittedly, the CGI effects for Luna’s character aren’t very impressive, but since this is just a teaser trailer, we’re expecting more post-production work. The most exciting part of the teaser is Linda Hamilton reintroducing herself as Sarah Connor, the strong-willed, battle-tested mother of the future leader of the Resistance. And you also get to see a glimpse of Arnold Schwarzenegger as an aged T-800. With all the talented players involved, we have hope that Terminator: Dark Fate will steer the franchise back on the right path.
