Ten Thousand’s ‘Grit’ Apparel Capsule Was Designed With Customer Input

Product development is Ten Thousand’s bread and butter. Between its team of elite athletes and its expansive customer community, the New York-based outfit routinely performs some of the most thorough field testings in the industry. As if that wasn’t enough, though, Ten Thousand has just dropped some limited-edition apparel created in collaboration with members from its loyalty program.

It’s called the ‘GRIT’ collection. Comprised of the brand’s bomb-proof Durable Shirt and incredibly versatile Interval Short, it features a custom graphic conceived by Decem Milia customer Chris Lattimore. One amongst hundreds of other submissions, Lattimore’s design was picked because it best encapsulated the Ten Thousand mantra: ‘Better Than Yesterday.’ In typical Ten Thousand fashion, the pieces are simple, understated, and inspired by the pursuit of persevering in the face of adversity. Done up in black-on-black with a ghosted ‘GRIT’ logo, they’re available now starting at $34. You’ll have to act fast, though — chances are good that the collection won’t be around for long.

Purchase: $34+
