Going the extra mile, Taylor Stitch tests their products in real life conditions before they hit the digital shelves. With their new Sierra Parka, they decided to test its insulation capabilities in a freezer at an ice cream shop where it held up pretty well in a chilling -11 degrees Fahrenheit.

Utilizing custom high-loft insulation, which holds the top insulation rating in its class, according to Taylor Stitch, this parka will definitely keep you warm. Making it even more functional, this handsome parka has a water-repellant nylon exterior and is also made with brushed cotton, making it feel as soft as a blanket. Additionally, it has waterproof YKK zippers, a storm flap with custom gunmetal snaps and cord stoppers, making it a contender for one of our favorite parkas to come out this year. Picking one up will also make Captain Planet proud, as it’s made out of 95% recycled polyester.

Purchase: $398
